Community Team Member
Type: 6 Months fixed term
Location: Remote/Homeworking (or Manchester City Centre office)
Hours: 8-10 hours per week (flexible)
Salary: £9.30 / hr

We are looking for two Community Team Members to join our service team! If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional we would love to hear from you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, and be able to promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging text and image content for all social media and professional accounts
- Respond to customers in a timely manner via our messaging system
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams
- Liaise with Development team
- Build relationships with customers and members of our active community
- Stay up-to-date with changes to business administration and accounts
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing and motivating communities online
- Experience in planning and awareness of upcoming events / dates
- Ability to identify and track customer queries
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (essential)
- Experience using FreshDesk and GrooveHQ Service (optional, training available)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
