Community Team Member

Type: 6 Months fixed term
Location: Remote/Homeworking (or Manchester City Centre office)
Hours: 8-10 hours per week (flexible)
Salary: £9.30 / hr

We are looking for two Community Team Members to join our service team! If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional we would love to hear from you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, and be able to promoting our products and services. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging text and image content for all social media and professional accounts
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner via our messaging system
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Coordinate with Sales and Service teams
  • Liaise with Development team
  • Build relationships with customers and members of our active community
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to business administration and accounts

 

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, managing and motivating communities online
  • Experience in planning and awareness of upcoming events / dates
  • Ability to identify and track customer queries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (essential)
  • Experience using FreshDesk and GrooveHQ Service (optional, training available)
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
